Meetup orders must be collected at Beauty World MRT Station Exit B on the date and within the time slot selected by the customer.
Rescheduling
Requests to change the meetup date or time must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled meetup time.
All rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Requests submitted less than 48 hours before the scheduled meetup will not be accepted.
A rescheduling request is only confirmed after SELAH TABLE has approved the new date and time by WhatsApp or email.
No-Shows
If the customer does not attend the selected meetup without an approved rescheduling request, the order will be treated as a no-show.
Orders classified as no-shows are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for arriving at the confirmed location within the selected meetup time slot. If the customer expects to be late, they should contact SELAH TABLE as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that collection will still be possible after the confirmed time slot.
SELAH TABLE Cancellations
If SELAH TABLE is unable to fulfil the order or attend the confirmed meetup, the customer will be offered either:
• a new meetup date and time; or
• a refund for the affected order.
By selecting Meetup and completing the required agreement at the cart, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted this policy.
